Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is carried out via DHL, and the processing time is usually 24 hours.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

Free Shipping:
Free shipping for orders over €80 within Europe.

Within Germany: Delivery time approx. 2–3 business days
Express shipping within Germany: Delivery time approx. 1–2 business days

Austria/Switzerland: Delivery time approx. 5–7 business days

Shipping within the EU: Delivery time approx. 3–5 business days

Shipping within Europe (non-EU): Delivery time approx. 5–7 business days

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: approx. 2–3 business days
Express shipping: approx. 1–2 business days

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: Outside of Europe.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us at support@vodazzi.com so we can assist you.

However, we are not liable for packages that are damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.
Once the package has been handed over to DHL, responsibility for loss or damage lies with the shipping service provider.

Damaged goods: You may send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us. We will check the shipment status with the carrier, but any compensation depends on the shipping service provider and their policies.

Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at support@vodazzi.com to register your return.

Return shipping costs are covered by you as the customer.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
