Important Notice:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, water exposure, or other external influences. Lost or stolen items are also not covered.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns or exchanges of items in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

The following items are excluded from return or exchange:
-Custom-made or personalized products
-Items that have already entered production
-Hygiene products such as grillz and earrings
-One-of-a-kind pieces produced specifically for you (see “Made to Order”)

Please note that custom-made jewelry is produced especially for you. For this reason, cancellations are unfortunately not possible once production has started.

In the case of a warranty claim or return, please contact our customer service at support@vodazzi.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior consultation cannot be processed. Please return the item securely packaged and with tracking, as we cannot assume liability for lost returns.
